Business Administrator Rayito de Sol Spanish Immersion ELC

Rayito de Sol Spanish Immersion Early Learning Center is seeking an experienced and dynamic Administrator to oversee the operations of two of our locations. This key position ensures both centers run smoothly, maintain full enrollment, and engage with prospective families effectively. The administrator will promote Rayito de Sol’s mission of fostering bilingualism, cultural appreciation, and educational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organizational skills, a background in early childhood education administration, and a passion for ensuring every child has access to a quality, inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight:

Manage daily operations across both centers, ensuring they adhere to Rayito de Sol’s high standards for quality education and family engagement.

Maintain full enrollment by managing the waiting list and ensuring seamless communication with families.

Ensure that both locations meet all state and federal regulations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and educational standards.

Family Relations & Tours:

Lead informative, welcoming tours for new families, ensuring they understand Rayito de Sol’s bilingual and immersive educational approach.

Focus on converting tours into enrollments by showcasing the value of Rayito de Sol’s programming.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective families to increase enrollment and retention.

Follow-Up & Lead Management:

Manage leads for prospective families and track the progress of tours and follow-up communications to ensure high conversion rates.

Implement strategies to maximize lead follow-up and tour conversions.

Maintain a CRM or database to ensure all leads are followed up in a timely manner, ensuring no opportunities are missed.

Staff Management:

Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff members.

Monitor and support staff performance, ensuring that they align with Rayito de Sol’s educational philosophy and organizational goals.

Create a positive and collaborative work environment that emphasizes teamwork and professional development.

Communication & Collaboration:

Work closely with leadership and other departments to ensure that both centers’ operations are aligned with organizational goals.

Communicate with parents regularly regarding enrollment updates, upcoming events, and center news.

Collaborate with the marketing team to help create and implement outreach strategies to increase enrollment and community engagement.

Data Management & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of enrollment, attendance, and other administrative documents for both centers.

Manage and monitor waiting lists to ensure all available spots are filled in a timely manner.

Ensure that all communications, documentation, and systems are updated regularly and accurately.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in early childhood education administration, with strong experience in enrollment management and customer service.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred; strong communication skills are essential for engaging with families and staff.

Leadership: Proven experience managing teams and building a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.

Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Sales and Conversion Focus: Experience in lead generation, follow-up, and conversion strategies to ensure high tour-to-enrollment ratios.

Cultural Competence: Strong commitment to diversity, inclusion, and creating an environment where all children and families feel valued.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other tools to manage leads, track follow-ups, and handle administrative duties.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $55,000 to $67,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
