We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality work tailored to the projects schedule. We're looking for an experienced Estimator/Project Manager to join our growing team.
Position Overview:
This role is responsible for preparing competitive bids, managing projects from start to finish, and ensuring our clients receive excellent service and results. The ideal candidate has a strong background in concrete construction, project management, and cost estimation.
Key Responsibilities:
Review project plans, specifications, and site conditions to develop accurate estimates.
Prepare and submit bids and proposals on time.
Manage awarded projects from bid date to project close out.
Communicate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Attend project meetings and site visits as necessary.
Identify opportunities for project growth and cost-saving measures.
Requirements:
3+ years' experience in concrete construction estimating and project management.
Strong knowledge of concrete materials, methods, and practices.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
