We are seeking a highly organized, self-motivated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a portfolio of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple locations while maintaining an exceptional resident and tenant experience.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations for multiple residential and commercial properties
Serve as the primary point of contact for residents/tenants and handle inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly
Manage vendor relationships, including scheduling, coordination, and ensuring quality of work
Communicate work orders to maintenance and follow up to ensure timely completion
Coordinate with maintenance staff to keep all properties clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing
Oversee move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and documentation
Manage renewals and assist with lease administration
Maintain inventory and order necessary supplies for all properties
Potential involvement in leasing activities, including tours, application processing, and marketing vacant units
Perform additional operational tasks as needed to support smooth property performance
Qualifications
Prior experience in property management
Experience with Entrata is a plus
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; comfortable managing multiple properties
Ability to work independently, stay self-motivated, and take initiative
Problem-solver with good judgment and a professional, calm demeanor
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
