Schedule: Monday–Friday
Rate of Pay: $26-$32/hour DOE
Responsibilities:
Project Handoff: Review and discuss contract specifications and project start dates with the Production Manager.
Pre-Construction Preparation: Review project specifications and verify all details.
Attend pre-construction meetings with customers to discuss roof plans, staging areas, safety policies, and client expectations. Conduct pre-construction inspections and document site conditions.
Crew Leadership & Setup: Meet onsite with crew leaders to review project plans, equipment needs, and specifications compliance. Oversee safety perimeter layouts, material organization, and staging.
Project Management: Provide daily progress updates to stakeholders. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications. Communicate regularly with customers to maintain satisfaction and address issues. Identify and process change orders as needed.
Project Close-Out: Assist with final inspections, scope reviews, and change order confirmations. Ensure all project documentation and inspections are completed.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Experience in Project management in roofing or construction.
Strong knowledge of roofing systems and construction processes.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, crew leaders, and stakeholders.
Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., Salesforce or similar).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected issues effectively.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
