Full-time · $19 to $24 A Hour
Job Description
1. Answers phones and emails, schedules and confirms appointments, and inputs customer data into company system.
2. Organizes workflow and appointment by reading and routing correspondence, collecting customer information, and managing assignments.
3. Assist manager with the schedule by arranging meetings, conferences, and travel.
4. Takes messages for manager from customers or employees working in the field.
5. Assist employees working in the field when they have questions on properties.
6. Notifies customer of any changes to their cleaning appointment.

Education
· High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
· University/college degree is an asset.
Schedule
· Day shift Monday thur Friday 8 to 5
· 40+ hours per week
