Direct hire potential after 90 days!We are looking for candidates who possess strong communication and customer service skills for our growing Emergency Response and Concierge Service Center located in Burnsville, MN providing services such as:TeleServiceStolen Vehicle RecoveryEmergency RequestAutomatic Collision NotificationEnhanced Roadside AssistanceConcierge ServicesCritical CallingDoor Lock/UnlockCustomer RelationsHands-Free CallingPay starts at $15/hourLooking at an early April start dateResponsibilities:-Answering customer requests and inquiries from the BMW, MINI and Rolls Royce Assist customers.-Assisting with various customer needs including GPS location tracking, renewing membership subscriptions,Remotely unlocking vehicles, contacting roadside assistance.-Documenting customer information-Effective internet and search engine use to satisfy customer needs-Provide luxury vehicle concierge services including restaurant, hotel recommendations and directionsWorking hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 AMSkills:-Act quickly and calmly in emergency situations including vehicle collision notifications and effectivelyCommunicate needs to emergency response professionals.-Maintain professional communication to both clients and internal team members-Ability to handle emergency call situations when necessaryEducation:High SchoolExperience:Entry LevelQualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentAbility to speak both English and Spanish fluently1+ years of customer service experience (call center experience preferred!)
