Masterson Staffing is currently recruiting for experienced call center candidates for a position in the Bloomington, MN area (on bus line).
This is a long term temporary project with a full-time shift of Monday-Friday 8:00 am-4:00 pm with a 40 minute paid break! Candidates will be performing outbound calls conducting market research surveys to other business professionals. Must have at least 1 year recent experience in making outbound calls.
Candidates must have experience with handling rebuttals, rejections, or customer retention.
Must be able to think on your feet and find your way around rejections.
- AT LEAST 12 months of outbound calling experience REQUIRED
- Experience making outbound cold calls
- Comfortable calling businesses/consumers and performing marketing surveys. You receive a script of questions to conduct the survey and record the answers given by the respondent.
Requirements:
Must be able to speak clear and fluent English
Energetic, pleasant, friendly
Minimal computer skills
Typing skills: minimum of 20-25 words per minute
Comfortable working in Excel
Self-motivated individuals
