Celebrating 31 years in business On Time Delivery Service is one of the most experienced and largest on-demand transportation service in the Twin Cities Metro area. At the moment we are rapidly growing and currently seeking a permanent full-time Customer Service Representative working the day shift Monday-Friday 10:30am - 7:30pm with a competitive hourly wage.
Job Description: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for taking incoming phone calls with occasional outgoing phone calls as needed. Qualified candidates must be computer literate with the typing speed of 50 wpm. We are looking for an individual with great communication and organizational skills with the capability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Must have knowledge of the Twin Cities Metro area.
