Rove Pest Control is hiring a Full-Time and Part-Time Customer Success Specialist (CSS) to work in our Oakdale office. Customer Service Representatives at Rove Pest Control are the first point of contact for our customers. We guide our customers through their problems with empathy and help them get connected to our team of exceptional technicians to get their issues resolved quickly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls
Responds to customer emails, voicemails, and tasks in a timely manner
Plan and schedule services
Actively involved in continuous self-improvement

Prior customer service is a plus
