YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
What will you be doing? You will be the first contact welcoming our guests into the hotel, providing a warm, smooth, check in process. Answering questions about the hotel, the area, and establishing yourself as the export at the Front Desk for what our guests may need. You will assist guests when issues arrive, and this is where your love of problem solving comes in. We enable you with the tools to be a rock star, to fix, amaze, and turn issues, problems, or challenges into amazing experiences!

Requirements
This position does require a flexible schedule which may include weekends and holidays.
Job Skills:

Job Qualifications:
Education
HS Diploma or equivalent.
Experience
Minimum 3 months hospitality, general office, accounts receivable or customer service experience.
