Demonstrating teamwork, critical thinking, and true dedication to exceed customers' expectations is what this company culture thrives on.This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, starting pay is $15/hr but after hired on pay will increase to $21/hr+, with full company benefits included.Shifts: 6:00am-2:30pm or 11:30-8:00pmResponsibilities:-Ensure customer satisfaction and demonstrate reliability by verbally walking customers through the steps being taken to address their issue-Managing inbound calls from customers regarding technical problems they are facing and being able to work through the problem with them over the phone working towards the core root of the issue and offering solutions-Be conscious of customers time and willing to address an issue from multiple angles to find the proper solution-Use analytical thinking skills to identify the correct route in solving a specific problem-Manage multiple systems while simultaneously speaking with customers over the phone; ability to type and talk at the same time will be crucial in order to keep up with the paceWorking hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PMSkills:-Able to work in a fast paced environment-Good phone etiquette and communication skills-Empathetic demeanor and ability to put the customer's needs first-Strong organizational skills-Able to manage multiple systems simultaneouslyEducation:High SchoolExperience:Entry LevelQualifications:-High school diploma or GED equivalent-Willing to submit to a company background check Do you think you could you see yourself thriving in a professional culture like this?
