Poquet Service Center in Lakeville is an automotive repair facility that specializes in a wide range of imports and domestic brands. We are currently seeking a full-time automotive service advisor with outstanding customer service skills. Individual must be driven, hard-working, and able to multi-task. Experience preferred.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Check in customers, write ROs, close out internal and retail tickets.
· Keep customers and technicians informed
· Shuttle customers as needed
· Prepare loaner vehicles for customers
· Help maintain proper parts inventory
· Ensure estimates are proper and fair for the customer
· Help manage efficient shop workflow
Shop hours are Monday-Friday 7am-5pm. Pay starting at $60k annually / DOE.
