Bona Bros is seeking to add a service writer at our New Brighton location.
We are an independent, family-owned shop started in 1956 with many commercial and fleet accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a charismatic personality to facilitate customer repairs, help the shop run smoothly, and have a sense of profit and loss ownership.
JOB DUTIES
Monday - Friday from 7am-5pm
Service writing
Ensure the shop is running in a safe, efficient, and productive manner
Estimate, bill, and ensure repairs are completed to the satisfaction of customer's expectations
Keep customers informed on costs, completion time, and possible changes
Maintain and build a customer base
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous service writer/advisor experience is required
-Familiarity with estimating and billing repairs
-Ability to assist two other service writers in running a 15-bay shop
-Computerized invoicing system (Mitchell1 experience preferred)
-Must have computer/technology proficiency (typing, email, online scheduling, invoicing, phone system)
-Knowledge of vehicle repair (mechanical and diagnostic)
-Must have a valid driver's license
-The ideal candidate would bring a dynamic personality to retain and attract new customers
