Duties include but are not limited to:
Communicating professionally with staff and families
Translating documents
Scheduling and greeting tours, volunteers, and other visitors
Processing new enrollments
Maintaining database of enrolled children's information
Answering telephone and taking accurate messages
Ordering supplies and receiving orders
Planning field trips and special events
Assisting teachers in their classrooms as needed
Opening/closing the center
Skills & Qualifications
70% Spanish proficiency, 90% English proficiency
Personable, Self-starter, and organized
Experience with Microsoft Office
High school diploma required
CDA or college credits in early childhood education or a related field preferred.
1 year of administrative experience OR 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare center
Effective and friendly communicator
