We are currently looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Director for our child care program serving infants through school age children.
This position is 40 +hours a week position. Must be lead teacher qualified. Must be available M-F between the hours of 6:00am-6:00 pm. Must be able to have a flexible schedule and be able to cover all shift times as needed.
Applicant must have or be willing to get SIDS/Shaken Baby, Child Safety Restraint class, CPR, First Aid. Duties include but are not limited to payroll, accounting, classroom duties as needed, billing, staff management, general upkeep of the building, parent, child, staff relations. Staff Relations will include-new staff orientation, staff meetings, staff evaluations, positive role modeling, and scheduling. Currently, NAEYC accredited and 4 star Parent Aware-rated.
Qualified applicants must have a minimum one year experience in managing a child care setting, CDA Credential, BA/BS degree, Elementary Education/Early Childhood/Child Development.

Minimum requirements are based on MN Rule 3
at least 18 years old
have at least 1040 hours paid or unpaid staff supervision experience
have at least 9 quarter credits of accredited courses in staff supervision, human relations and child development.
