Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher Aide/Helper to support our preschool teachers. If you enjoy working with young children and are committed to creating a safe and engaging learning environment, we invite you to apply.
Key Details:
- Student/Teacher Ratio: 7:1
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Compensation: $15/hour, plus paid preparation time, vacation (up to 4 weeks per year), lunch, and supply allowance
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing creative, stress-free lesson plans
- Support a loving and laughter-filled classroom environment
- Help teachers collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents
Qualifications:
- Experience in preschool or childcare settings is preferred
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a supportive environment
- Recommended: Coursework or interest in Early Childhood Education or related fields
