As demand grows, so does our need for patient, dedicated, detail-oriented proctors to help us deliver a seamless testing experience for Spanish speaking families.
::About the Role::
We are looking for seasonal Testing Proctors to oversee and manage the administration of standardized tests for homeschool students and small learning groups. You’ll be responsible for scheduling, administering, and interpreting test results, ensuring families and educators can make informed decisions about their students' learning.
::Key Responsibilities::
Test Administration – Schedule and coordinate online standardized tests for individual students and small groups.
Data Analysis – Interpret test results, providing detailed reports on student strengths and areas for improvement.
Customer Service – Assist families and schools via phone, text, and email, answering questions about test procedures and results.
Technical Support – Help troubleshoot any issues that arise on the testing platform.
Who We're Looking For
Education & Experience – A high school diploma is required. Experience in education, homeschooling, tutoring, or test administration is a plus.
Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with online platforms, troubleshooting minor technical issues, and guiding parents through digital processes.
Excellent Communication – Ability to explain testing procedures and results clearly and in a way that families can understand.
Strong Customer Service Skills – Friendly, professional, and responsive via phone, text, and email.
Stable Internet Access – Required for remote work.
Language - Must be proficient in both Spanish and English.
Background check required
- Must Live in Twin Cities Metro Area - The job is primarily remote, but we have occasional in person meetings for training. -
