Description The Account Manager represents the full range of the company’s services to assigned clients, while overseeing account planning and ensuring the company meets or exceeds client expectations. In this role, you will be instrumental in nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients and shaping the client experience. Ideal candidate is proactive and takes a diplomatic approach when handling client requests, especially during peak seasons or scheduling challenges.Responsibilities:
Lead efforts to develop customized solutions that address client needs, coordinating the involvement of necessary company personnel.
Build and maintain productive relationships with key personnel within client accounts.
Manage and meet assigned targets for account renewals and strategic goals for assigned clients.
Support business development efforts by facilitating client communications and managing the proposal process.
Lead the client onboarding process, including setting up clients in the CRM, introducing them to the team, and managing workflow
Ensure that client service agreements are met by collaborating with internal teams and continuously assessing client needs.
Proactively assess, clarify, and address client needs both in person and remotely.
Effectively manage client requests during peak seasons, escalating issues when necessary.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of client-requested service lists.
Ensure accurate and organized records within the client database and CRM software.
Assist in managing accounts receivable for clients with balances over 60 days.
Perform other tasks as needed to support the team.
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, Field Central, and QuickBooks.
Knowledge or willingness to learn about the Green Industry.
Familiarity with Homeowners Associations, including their structure and processes, as well as the role of management companies.
Passionate about the efficient use of natural resources.
Strong diplomatic skills, particularly in client care and resolving internal challenges.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Positive, professional attitude with a focus on customer service.
Ability to work independently while remaining highly productive.
Advanced proficiency with workplace software, including Microsoft Office products.
