Description Our Minneapolis client is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their growing team! In this exciting opportunity, you will be handling a variety of duties, including B2B collections for long-standing clients, assisting with questions on customer contracts, setting up new customers in the database, assisting in invoicing, and addressing customer inquiries as needed. An ideal candidate will have 2+ years of proven AR experience. An Associates Degree in Accounting, Business, or similar is preferred, but not required. Intermediate knowledge in MS Excel is also a requirement. This role is hybrid, with 2-3 days work from home once trained! Parking is available at no cost onsite. Beginning pay for this opportunity is $25-30/hr, depending on qualifications. This position is also bonus eligible, bonus is dependent on team and individual performance. AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting or related field
Relevant experience in accounts receivable
Strong analytical skills in basic accounts receivable and accounting policy
Skilled with ERP systems
Demonstrated knowledge of Invoice Issues
Customer service experience highly desired
Deep understanding of Collections
Earlier work involving Microsoft Excel
Practical knowledge of Manual Invoices
Monthly Invoices experience highly preferred
Accounts Receivable (AR) experience desired
Background working with Quickbooks Online
Foundational knowledge in Contract Renewals
Adeptness in Invoice
B2B collections experience preferred
General familiarity with Invoice reconciliation
