Schedule, coordinate, and write electric distribution switching procedures for construction and maintenance departments
Adhere to safety and switching policies and guidelines
Support external customer outages
Provide accurate documentation (switch plans, feeder maps, station one lines, etc.) for operating the electric delivery system to Distribution Control Centers
Develop and prepare department reports
Requirements:
Knowledge of electrical distribution, preferably 2-4 years of experience
Experience in distribution control center operations
Ability to coordinate and schedule outages and switching for substations/customers
Experience in designing, maintaining, constructing, or engineering spaces
Understanding and interpretation of electrical distribution systems
