JOB SUMMARYThe Analytics & Insights Associate Analyst is responsible for building and maintaining the data, reporting, and tools that enable scalable analytics and insights across the organization.This role focuses on standardizing reporting, automating processes, and creating user-friendly tools that support decision-making and training.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESReporting & Dashboard DevelopmentDevelop and maintain dashboards and reporting (Power BI or similar tools).Build and manage standardized datasets across multiple data sources.Automate recurring reporting processes to reduce manual work.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.Analytics Tools & EnablementCreate scalable templates and tools for business analysis.Improve usability and accessibility of analytics tools for Sales teams.Cross-Functional CollaborationSupport Analyst with data preparation and structured outputs.Partner with Sales Planning, Category Management, and other commercial teams to meet reporting needs.Other DutiesPerform other duties as assigned.PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to be successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
