Billing Project Coordinator

System One is actively recruiting for a Billing Project Coordinator for a contract position located in Minneapolis, MN or Denver, CO working fully remote. Although this position will be fully remote, employee must reside in either Minneapolis, Minnesota OR Denver, Colorado. Billing Project Coordinator Responsibilities:

Will be conducting heavy invoicing and updating billing in the system.

Work alongside 2 people, investigate issues and priorities and work with the department who is responsible.

Working on billing issues (electric vehicle charging)

Billing Project Coordinator Requirements:

2 years of billing and invoicing experience

HS Diploma

Microsoft Suite experience

Customer service experience

Experience updating billing

Power Automation preferred

EV or Utility preferred

SAP high preferred

Contract Duration: 12-Months

Hourly Pay Rate: $26.00

Project Location: Remote (Must reside in Denver, CO OR Minneapolis, MN)
