Business Operations Analyst

CompanyFederal Reserve Bank of MinneapolisThe Treasury Services (TS) Division at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis serves as fiscal agent for the US Treasury’s Bureau of the Fiscal Service supporting the Retail Program. Our department provides and supports various services related to the issuing and redemption of US savings bonds and marketable securities. This position provides analytical, electronic access, and compliance support for the division.Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for executing requests to provision access to systems/software and management of group memberships within Treasury Service

his role will coordinate activities with MPLS HRI, Fiscal Service ISSR Team, Law Enforcement, Identity & Access Management to ensure that Business Support meets all compliance and timeline requirements when provisioning access and group memberships.

Acts as a Treasury Personnel Security Coordinator and ensures compliance with Treasury Personnel Security Requirements in conjunction with the Treasury Relations Support Office (TRSO) and Treasury Services leaders.

Develops and revises procedures, defines processes, and delivers training to users and staff. Monitors and verifies compliance with applicable new and existing policies, procedures, and standards.

Analyzes business functions and operational process improvements and/or enhancements.

Learn and support department automation and associated technology systems. Respond to user/management requests for information, including developing ad-hoc reports and queries from applications, databases, and/or management information systems.

Provides intermediate analytic support to Department liaisons for Department, Bank, FRS and/or federal agency staff and management in resolving moderately complex operational and business issues.

Participates in projects and performs intermediate analytical tasks in support of Department, Bank, FRS and/or federal agency initiatives.

Escalates difficult and complex questions or problems to other analysts or management.

Assists in preparing and/or revising communications, including proposals, reports, and presentations for all levels of management.

Tests, trains, and completes implementations, which may include coordinating activities such as developing plans, completing risk assessments, assigning tasks, monitoring and reporting progress, and preparing necessary communications.

Job Descriptions:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of higher education and/or experience.

3 years of direct work-related experience or equivalent combination of related higher education and experience (Must have 5 years of experience for the level III)

General knowledge on Systems, CRM applications, Controls frameworks, and ability to understand and analyze data/process flows.

Onboarding and Offboarding experience

Detail Oriented

Experience in creating and developing dashboards

Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident alien with at least three years of legal residency

Additional Information:

S alary range is $64,100 -$80,159 -$96,200 (Level III: $78,300-$97,830- $117,400) S alary offer will be based on qualifications/experience of the candidate , alignment with market data, the needs of the position, our total compensation package, and internal equity.
