Description: Qualifications:
User Story Development: define customer needs and acceptance criteria to describe customer requirements.
Requirements Solicitation: facilitate requirement gathering sessions with business partners and customers.
Technical Accumen: A broad familiarity with core technology and digital concepts including system integrations, APIs and web-based applications.
Experience with developing online technical projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences at various levels.
An analytical thinker who makes balanced, insightful decisions.

Develops a deep understanding of the customer to anticipate their future needs and forecast impacts to current configurations.

Responsibilities:
Advocate on behalf of the customer with the development team to ensure that requirements are understood, and customer value is delivered.
Collaborate with the Capability Owner to conduct analysis of business requests for the creation of Features and User Stories, and supports prioritization of these artifacts.
Document business needs within templates, wireframes, and Agile artifacts.
Utilize documentation to translate business process needs for the Technology Team, to enable IT to define and document viable solutions that meet business requirements.
Lead User Story refinement discussions with development teams to clarify requirements and finalize acceptance criteria
Collaborate with other Capability Analysts to assist with writing and peer reviewing work.
Makes themselves available to development teams to answer questions as the voice of all customer types.
Continually builds domain knowledge and technical expertise.
Support deployment of functionality, assist training team and answer end-user questions, post Go-Live.

Qualifications:
Experience level: Experienced
Minimum 3+ years of experience
Education: Bachelors or equivalent
