Position Title: Content and Communications Manager (Contract-to-Hire)Location: Hybrid/Remote (Minnesota preferred); The ideal candidate will spend the first few months in-office in Roseville, MN and move to a hybrid model after the initial training and contract period.Compensation: This position will pay between $55-60/hr with a conversion salary of $115,000-120,000Position Overview: Our client is seeking a skilled Content and Communications Manager to oversee and enhance all communication strategies across the organization, ensuring consistency, clarity, and effectiveness in both automated and template-based communications. This role is integral in maintaining a cohesive messaging framework that supports external stakeholders, including parents, speech therapists, and vendors, while ensuring compliance with company's guiding principles of delivering Best Outcomes and a Best-in-Class Customer Experience.The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams, including customer experience (CX), to manage and refine processes, adapt to system changes, and ensure seamless communication delivery. This position requires a combination of technical proficiency, particularly in Salesforce, and experience with communications in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.Key Responsibilities:Communication Strategy Development: Design and manage communication templates, ensuring alignment across all departments and consistency in messaging for both automated and manual communications.System Integration & Reporting: Leverage Salesforce and other business tools to manage communication workflows, analyze reporting structures, and ensure decisions are based on data-driven insights.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including supervisors, managers, and line-level staff, to ensure verbiage consistency and content accuracy across all communication channels.Content Effectiveness Analysis: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication channels, ensuring that customer needs are met and that all changes are effectively communicated to internal teams.Cross-functional Liaison: Serve as the key contact between communication teams and managers, ensuring all content aligns with internal processes and external customer needs.Technical & Business Acumen: Understand and interpret Salesforce reports, analyze data, and contribute to decision-making processes that impact communication strategies.Process Improvement: Work with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the overall customer experience, particularly around insurance-related communications (e.g., EOB, SLP forms, payer information).Key Competencies & Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skillsExperience with Salesforce and related systems for organizing and analyzing communication dataAbility to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and departmentsStrong problem-solving skills and adaptability to fast-paced environmentsOrganizational skills and a self-starter attitude, capable of initiating and managing projects with minimal oversightRequirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience: Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service, customer experience, or communications management, with at least 2 years working in SalesforceFamiliarity with healthcare or insurance communications preferredAbility to handle multiple stakeholders and ensure consistent communication across various teamsAdditional Details:Location: Hybrid/Remote. Candidates in Minnesota are highly preferred but open to those willing to travel periodically.Work Environment: Fast-paced, highly collaborative, and demanding.
