Description We are seeking an E-Commerce Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of our e-commerce strategy in alignment with business objectives. You will manage the functionality, design, and performance of our e-commerce website, working collaboratively with leadership and external agencies. Responsibilities: Oversee the development, management, and optimization of our e-commerce website Handle all aspects of website management, ranging from content updates to technical performance and user experience Ensure the security of the website and manage backups Collaborate with executive leaders and external agencies to execute integrated digital campaigns Manage the integration of courses & membership through Learning Management Systems Oversee the platform and content management Optimise website performance to ensure an excellent user experience Boost brand awareness through strategic campaign planning Maintain proficiency with Content Management System (CMS) and e-commerce platforms like Shopify Regularly report on website performance and campaign outcomes to stakeholders.Requirements Proven work experience as an E-Commerce Manager for a minimum of 7 years Proficiency in using Content Management System (CMS) Demonstrable experience in building Brand Awareness Ability to plan and execute successful marketing campaigns Familiarity with Learning Management Systems Experience in using Shopify for e-commerce operations Proven track record of maintaining and updating websites.
