We harness the power of data, analytics, AI, change management, and digital technologies to help organizations transform their businesses and achieve measurable outcomes.The Role:As an Energy Industry Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in driving transformational initiatives within the energy industry, focusing on Downstream, Upstream, or Midstream operations. You will lead client engagements, foster trusted relationships with industry leaders, and provide strategic guidance on complex business challenges. We are particularly seeking individuals with experience in Downstream Mobility Retail and those who bring consulting and sales origination expertise.The Work:As a Senior Manager, you will:

Lead client engagements in the energy sector, delivering innovative solutions across Downstream, Upstream, and Midstream operations.

Drive transformation initiatives in areas such as refining and petrochemical operations, supply chain optimization, energy management, trading and risk management, and mobility retail solutions.

Collaborate with C-suite executives to develop and implement strategies that address critical business challenges and achieve measurable results.

Build and manage client relationships, identifying and driving opportunities for business development and revenue growth.

Lead project teams to deliver value-driven proposals and operational improvements aligned with client objectives.

Provide leadership in areas such as digital front office transformation, customer experience enhancement, and energy transition initiatives within Downstream Retail.

Develop thought leadership and contribute to Accenture’s market presence by publishing industry insights and innovative solutions.

Mentor and guide consulting teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and high performance.

Support Accenture’s growth agenda by contributing to sales origination, pipeline development, and deal closure.

Please note: We are ideally looking to hire talented individuals who live in or near Houston, or open to relocating to the area. We may consider other locations across the US, that are near to an Accenture corporate location. Here’s What You Need:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in the energy industry, with expertise in Downstream, Upstream, or Midstream operations.

Demonstrated leadership experience in consulting, business transformation, or operational roles, with a proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results.

Expertise in the energy value chain, including refining and petrochemical operations, supply chain management, mobility retail, and energy transition strategies.

Strong track record of collaborating with C-suite clients, developing strategies, and aligning solutions to business goals.

Experience in sales origination, including developing proposals, creating value-based solutions, and building client relationships.

A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Bonus Points If:

You have experience with Mobility Retail solutions, such as digital customer experience enhancements, EV charging networks, loyalty programs, or sustainable energy initiatives.

You have consulting experience with North American oil and gas operators, particularly in Downstream or Mobility Retail.

You hold a Master’s degree or advanced certification in a relevant field.

You are knowledgeable about emerging technologies like SAP, AI, IoT, or blockchain and their applications in energy operations.

You bring experience with energy trading, risk management, or asset optimization.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
