Job Title: Engineering Service AdministratorJob DescriptionSeeking an engineering/aftermarket service administrator, coordinator, or assistant project manager to provide industry-leading service for large industrial motors, generators, and turbines to our customers worldwide. This role supports both internal and external customers, as well as partners, to maintain good financial outcomes for the company. Responsibilities include utilizing SAP (ERP system) for custom engineering projects, resolving service or invoicing inquiries, promoting strong customer relationships, and interfacing directly with customers to develop new business, gather job scope information, create quotations, and schedule services.Hard Skills

BS or Associates Degree in business, Industrial technology, or related field

2+ years of recent engineering support experience or project coordination in a relevant field (energy, engineering, telecomm, manufacturing)

Ability to communicate and interface with shop personnel and technical staff

Computer literate with knowledge of current operating systems and software common to business applications including SAP, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Soft Skills

Demonstrated sense of urgency to affect timely response and resolution to customer requests

Ability to keep multiple tasks and activities coordinated, prioritized, documented, and in motion or progress at one time

Demonstrated capacity for social interface with internal and external customers, achieving customer satisfaction excellence

Effectively deal with difficult customers through oral and written communication

As the Associate Team Leader, you support the Team Leader in leading and developing Team Members. You may participate in hiring activities. You must strive to support WFM core values, Leadership Principles, and goals, promote national, geographic-specific, store programs and initiatives, and ensure adherence to all applicable health and safety regulations.
