Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Finance Associate located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. You will be joining our team to handle various accounting and billing tasks, reconcile accounts, and manage client communications.Responsibilities: Ensure efficient and accurate processing of customer credit applications Maintain meticulous records of customer credit Handle client billing and collections on a monthly basis Manage forecasts for clients every month Liaise with other agencies for interagency billing when necessary Monitor client budgets and spending to ensure accuracy and efficiency Assist in the routing of estimates to clients for approval and timely assignment of purchase orders Warn production and account teams about potential issues concerning talent, budget, and legal matters Support Project and Account Management with the reconciliation of project actuals to their corresponding estimates Build and foster relationships with client counterparts Perform other duties as necessary.An ideal candidate will have an Associates or Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or similar in addition to 1+ years of experience in accounts receivable and/or payable. This position offers hybrid flexibility after training of 2 days work from home. Full, competitive benefits are available including health, dental, vision, 401k with match, and PTO. Requirements Proficiency in Account Reconciliation Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) Expertise in Billing and Data Entry Proficient in Invoice Processing Strong skill set in Microsoft Excel Experience with Oracle and QuickBooks Knowledge of SAP software Ability to handle High-Volume Invoicing Experience in Collections Knowledge of Ad Hoc Reporting Proficiency in Financial Reporting Experience with Daily Cash Flow management Ability to create Cash Flow Reports Experience in preparing Annual Budgets Proficient in Budget administration Strong skills in Budgeting Experience with Budgeting - Forecasting Ability to communicate effectively with clients.
