Description Must me located in MinnesotaRobert Half has a client with a 100% remote role from home but you must be local to the Twin Cities market for occasional onsite work as well. This is a level 1 help desk role supporting internal corporate users at a healthcare client. Your responsibilities in this role
Provide IT assistance for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other software applications used internally
-Supporting issues with both Windows 10 and Window 11 issues
Troubleshoot recurring technical issues and suggest solutions to address the root of the problems
Resolve technical help tickets submitted via phone and email
Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues

Windows 10/11 and Office 365 experience
Experience in user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment
IT support ticketing system experience desired
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Comprehension of basic networking concepts
Background in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications
