Grab it!Job DescriptionThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventative maintenance on all equipment, building maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing the processing and packaging equipment. Key responsibilities include:
Repair and preventative maintenance of equipment, machines, buildings, and grounds to support fluid milk processing, packaging, and storage operations.
Demonstrate the ability to work without supervision.
Recognized by peers and production leaders as being a competent mechanic with effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Understands the importance of equipment run time and exhibits a sense of urgency.
Proven communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Adhere to all good manufacturing and safety practices as defined by the employer.
