Description Robert Half is looking to place an experienced, knowledgeable Digital Marketing Specialist with our client. We need a professional who can expertly navigate the ins and outs of marketing strategy, analysis and campaign execution, all while keeping tight control of the bottom line. A customer-first mindset and experience improving online customer experiences, implementing marketing technology solutions, and following inbound marketing practices are also requirements of the job. If you're detail-oriented and have strong decision-making and interpersonal skills, we want to hear from you! This position will be responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of all digital initiatives that support the sales strategy and marketing plans for our client. You will oversee the company's brand image and voice through the development of strategies and content across the digital landscape of owned sites, social media, partner platforms and paid media, with support from the Marketing Manager.How you will make an impactDevelop strategies and tests to optimize spend and performance of paid digital campaigns
Enhance the company's website by creating landing pages, blog posts and SEO
Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives to meet objectives in customer acquisition, growth and retention, and reactivation
Aid in updating the online customer portal to improve user experience
Enhance job knowledge by taking advantage of educational opportunities and reading trade publications
Project manage digital projects, maintaining status and timeline and communicating updates regularly
Establish and support the social media presence of the company
Assist with other project tasks as needed, including print, direct mail and data management
Engage with technology and creative vendor partners to meet expectations on brand compliance, deadlines and budget
Monitor digital marketing campaign performance through reports
Identify trends and insights with executive leadership and share thought leadership
Build content that will be engaging for the company's partners and customers

Content Management System (CMS) & Digital Marketing System (DMS) experience
Has proven track record in building digital brands with strong ROI
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Knowledgeable in enhancing the frontline customer journey, driving traffic to a company's main site
Should have a good mix of initiative and skill
Adept in vendor management
