Description We are offering an opportunity for an Office Manager in the vibrant city of Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role pertains to the healthcare industry, where you will be expected to manage office operations, provide workstation support, and ensure efficient communication through various mediums such as phone and video. This is a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations within the office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes. Provide support for workstations, addressing any technical issues or concerns. Maintain clear and effective communication via phone and video platforms, ensuring all team members are well-informed and updated. Utilize your skills in HealthCare.gov and TRICARE to manage healthcare-specific tasks, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Manage offshore operations, coordinating with remote teams and ensuring alignment with company objectives. Utilize R Code for various tasks, demonstrating your technical proficiency. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service and maintaining customer satisfaction. Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency. Coordinate with various departments and teams to ensure all office tasks are completed accurately and on time. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Requirements Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role Demonstrable proficiency in Workstation Support Strong ability to manage phone presence professionally Proficiency in video conferencing tools and software Familiarity with HealthCare.gov and its related processes Knowledge of R Code and its application in managing office tasks Prior experience in managing offshore teams is a plus Understanding of TRICARE health program and related administrative tasks Experience with NIS (Network Information System) is preferred Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
