A bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Expert project management skills

Demonstrated cross-departmental knowledge and coordination skills

Proficient PC skills in a Windows environment, especially Project, Word, and Excel

Experience working within an ISO 13485 environment

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Great interpersonal and teamwork skills

Proficient in multi-tasking between several development activities

Ability to travel between Big Lake and Coon Rapids sites as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with account management or sales

Experience in a precision machine shop environment

LEAN / Six Sigma training and demonstrated application

Experience with CAD software and print reading

PMP certified

salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities

For each product upon purchase order; establish a team, action items, and timelines

Deliver status updates to the customer, management, and sales team

Interface cross-functionally with all departments to drive the PLC process

Provide leadership, coordination, and management of project resources to support customer product lines

Provide business data enabling strategic and resource planning

Collaborate with the customer and provide manufacturability feedback

Assist in the creation of NPI control plan, PFMEA, and GR&R activities

Support the pilot line and first run manufacturing process

Develop and support customer relationships

Assist with all costing and quoting functions

Participates in efforts toward improved processes and productivity

Traveling to supplier and customer locations; up to ten percent
