NOW HIRING Entry Level Medical Assembler

Growing manufacturing company seeking to fill Entry level medical assembly for their team!These positions will be both in the cleanroom and outside of the cleanroom. They have multiple areas that they will cross-train the candidates in to, so must have versatility and adaptability while working.Candidates will all start in their packaging and testing area. This is so they will get exposure and familiarity with all the different types of parts they will be working on and with. This area focuses on testing and on the final packaging phases of the product line or prototype. They have a vertical reflow machine in this area as well that they will be trained to use for testing purposes. The reflow machine is about 10 feet tall, and almost looks like bicycle chains on a bike but flipped vertically, and the products are ran through it. Essentially, it is coating/laminating the parts by putting on plastic tubing to help prevent defects and other damage to them and create more efficiency. This area is outside of their cleanroom.Assembly/Operating :

This area does a lot of prototyping and testing

Will work with hand tools such as tweezers, pliers, crimpers, screw drivers, etc.

They will train them to solder in this area (will use flux with this which is like a putty/gel that helps the process and bonding)

Microscope is heavily used throughout this area

Will operate and run flattener machines that are automatic but can be more technical

Will operate and run semi-automated reflow machines

There is also a small injection mold press in one area that they will fill up with the resin, set up the machine, and then press the molds

Will be on their feet most of the day, but some areas/days may require more sitting, so have to be comfortable with both

This is a mix of in the cleanroom and out of the cleanroom, will be doing both

Will be working directly with engineers and technicians to continually improve processes and help troubleshoot through issues
