The Nursing Assistant Residential Program Coordinator (NA-RPC) is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating individual care and programming. Responsible for any program or personnel issues within the home. Responsible to provide direct services to the individuals, including assisting with personal cares, assisting with health care, assisting in maintaining a clean, safe living environment, meal preparation, and supervising, training, and assisting the individuals in every aspect of their lives.

    Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
    Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
    Assist with daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, personal hygiene and more.
    Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
    Build relationships with persons served and teammates.
    Attend special community occasions and fun activities like outdoor walks, games, and social events.
    Transport persons served to appointments or other activities outside the home.
    Empower people with disabilities to live life to the fullest.
    Document progress, milestones, and action steps.
