Description We are in search of a dedicated Office Support to join our team located in the north metro of Minnesota. This role is pivotal in maintaining smooth office operations within our industry, and involves a range of administrative tasks, including data entry and assistance with Microsoft Excel. This position offers a contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring efficient office operations. Handle data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Assist with the preparation and maintenance of reports and documents using Microsoft Excel. Respond to, and resolve, inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action based on account status. Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records. Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and ensure customer satisfaction. Utilize administrative skills to support the effective functioning of the office. Stay abreast of updates and changes in company policies and procedures.Requirements Applicants must possess a proven track record in Administrative Assistance. Proficiency in Data Entry is a fundamental requirement for this role. Demonstrable expertise in Microsoft Excel is essential. Candidates should have excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities are required. Experience in a similar Office Support role is highly desirable. Applicants should have the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have the capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial. Applicants must have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with other office management tools and procedures will be considered a plus. Professionalism and a positive attitude are highly valued in this role. High school diploma or equivalent education level is required. Higher education will be considered a plus.
