Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Operations Specialist in the Healthcare and Hospitals industry, located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will be responsible for handling various operational tasks including managing returns, generating shipping labels, and facilitating related phone calls in our ordering system. Responsibilities: Oversee the processing of returns in our ordering system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Generate call tags, specifically with FedEx and UPS, to facilitate the shipping process. Manage phone calls related to product returns, addressing customer queries and providing necessary information. Assist in keeping track of the returns through organized documentation, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately in a spreadsheet. Utilize CRM and Oracle for data processing and customer service tasks. Maintain an up-to-date record of all transactions and customer interactions in the CRM system. Ensure all shipping documentation is accurate and properly filed. Commit to providing excellent customer service, resolving issues promptly and maintaining customer satisfaction.
