You will build relationships to complement PwC’s strategy through execution capabilities that allow PwC to deliver multi competency programmes and solve client’s most critical business issues. Working in this area, you will develop and execute the strategy and business plan, focus on market penetration and revenue growth, and identify opportunities for solution development and industry alignment. You will also build relationships with key Alliance executives, identify synergies between the technology and the Firm and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. This Oracle Alliance Manager will sit within the Alliance team and support the Oracle Alliance across sectors. Positioning a One Oracle strategy as we go to market, this person will drive PwC specific value propositions, strategic direction, and pipeline progression across Oracle Fusion Applications, Global Industry Units, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.Job Requirements and PreferencesBasic QualificationsMinimum Degree Required (BQ)Bachelor's DegreeMinimum Year(s) of Experience (BQ)5 year(s) in Partner & Alliance Management, relationship management or related field, with a track record of driving demand generation and driving successful programsPreferred QualificationsDegree PreferredMaster's DegreePreferred Knowledge/Skills :Demonstrates extensive abilities with, and/or a proven record of success managing full alliance lifecycle activities to support the growth of strategic Alliance partnerships that deliver long term value and revenue, such as:

Demonstrate expertise in managing and optimizing resell programs and strategic alliances, including building and nurturing win-win relationships with C-Level executives;

Coordinate marketing, demand generation, and strategic planning activities to drive growth, aligned with PwC’s objectives;

Exhibit proven skills in risk management, operational excellence, and stakeholder collaboration across organizational boundaries;

Deliver executive-level reporting, performance tracking, and actionable insights derived from large data sets to inform strategic planning;

Serve as the primary day-to-day contact between PwC and alliance partners, facilitating effective communication, aligning strategies, and identifying joint opportunities for success;

Build and maintain relationships with alliance stakeholders by understanding their structures, priorities, and interactions with PwC, competitors, and joint accounts;

Support key interactions between PwC and alliance executives, such as quarterly business reviews, joint planning sessions, and client pursuits, ensuring focused and actionable outcomes;

Work with alliance sales, GTM, and product teams to develop joint business strategies and go-to-market plans;

Participate in strategic planning sessions with alliance and firm leaders to adapt to evolving market needs;

Align alliance plans with PwC sector and account priorities while executing demand generation activities such as webinars, conferences, and client roundtables;

Track and report on key performance metrics (pipeline progress, revenue, and ROI of joint initiatives) and prepare performance reports, scorecards, and executive-level presentations;

Identify and mitigate risks to preserve relationships and operational integrity, while supporting process improvements for alliance operations;

Partner with legal, risk, and leadership teams to facilitate alliance agreements and ensure compliance with goals;

Demonstrate networking, interpersonal, and consultative skills, with a proven ability to drive actions and build trust across organizational boundaries;

Communicate effectively with proven written and verbal communication skills, capable of delivering executive-level updates;

Lead cross-functional teams and large-scale initiatives successfully in dynamic environments;

Demonstrate a extensive level of knowledge utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Salesforce CRM;

Possess extensive familiarity with alliance partner offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscapes; and,

Travel up to 30%, including internationally, as required.

For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
