Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for patients, coordinating appointments and ensuring continuity of care. Manage schedules for healthcare practitioners while maintaining efficient use of clinic resources. Update patient information and resolve any discrepancies using Epic (electronic medical records system). Verify insurance coverage, assist with pre-authorization processes, and address patient inquiries. Ensure adherence to compliance standards and patient confidentiality protocols. Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff for seamless patient experiences. Requirements Requirements: Experience with Epic is preferred but not required 1-2 years of prior healthcare experience in a similar role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with patients and team members. Proficiency in navigating healthcare compliance standards and insurance processes. A friendly, compassionate demeanor with a commitment to providing exceptional care.
