Description Robert Half is partnering with a company in need of a Payroll Clerk for a potential contract to hire opportunity. As the Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll for 110 employees, entering tax information, time and attendance, administering garnishments and taxes, and make adjustment to pay as necessary. As the payroll clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining employee payroll records. Additionally, you will be responsible for auditing monthly billings from providers and resolve discrepancies and coordinate with third party administrators.Requirements Skills/Experience
3+ years of hands on experience at a large corporation in a payroll processing capacity
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written and listening)
Great attention to detail
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
ADP and/or PeopleSoft experience preferred
Ability to easily learn new systems
