Job TypeThis is a contract position with a duration of 3 Month(s).Work SiteThis is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Minneapolis, Minnesota and some days remote.Work EnvironmentThis role requires working in the office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with the option to work from home on Wednesday and Friday. The team operates from 7 AM to 5 PM, and the start time is flexible between 7 and 8 AM. This is an hourly position, with overtime compensation for hours worked beyond 40 per week. The payroll department consists of 12+ members, divided into three teams: Workforce Management/Timekeeping, Payroll Tax, and Payroll Systems. The office environment is modern and continuously updated, promoting a positive culture with frequent team-building activities. The team is managed by three Payroll Managers who report to the Director of Payroll Operations.
