Position requires multi-state tax experience, strong attention to detail, fast and accurate data entry skills. Ensure timely and accurate processing of hourly and salary professionals through direct deposit and pay cards
Review and analyze payroll, benefit, and tax procedures
Ensure all payroll information and records are maintained in accordance with statutory requirements
Review and approve payroll procedures
Other duties as required
Requirements
-Relative payroll software experience-Payroll for over 500 employees experience highly desired-Union and non-union experience preferred
Well-founded grasp of account reconciliation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written and listening)
Ability to easily learn new systems
