Document all daily data communication transactions, issues and solutions or installations
Handle all imaging and preparation tasks for new computers
Provide support for functionality testing and end users
Install printers, troubleshoot problems and make repairs
Follow company quality standards to ensure the integrity of all electronic data records
Manage equipment inventory, collaborating on purchases as needed
Manage and carry out a variety of technology implementation projects
Ensure that ticket submitters receive frequent and effective communication
Handle disassembly, boxing, movement and setup/installation on site
Oversee data transfers from PC to PC and troubleshoot software/hardware and break/fix
Disassemble, box and ship equipment that is out of date
Diagnose, repair, rebuild, and refurbish PCs, laptops, monitors, server, and other computer hardware
Arrange for repairs through the appropriate vendors
Requirements - Knowledgeable of network design and implementation strategies
A CompTIA A+ certification is a requisite for the position
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Detailed and have the ability work independently
Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
1 - 3 years of experience supporting PC and Mac hardware and software, as well as knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, and WAN
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Command of Computer Hardware
