You will work on key initiatives supporting the automation of our capacity planning systems and labor placement systems to improve productivity in our fulfillment centers, sort centers, and air hubs across the network.Key job responsibilitiesKey job responsibilitiesWrite and present business cases (backed by strong research and analysis) in partnership with all stakeholder teamsDevelop product, drive exercises, and plan resources for features to be delivered on timeWrite product/business requirements and product specificationsMonitor project execution and ensure that the project delivery is to the appropriate levels of quality and in line with its target date, ensuring the overall integrity within the programBe an excellent communicator, curious, highly motivated and effective within distributed teamsBasic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience technical product management
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
