Our team researches, innovates and creates solutions that deliver healthy results for our customers.Job Purpose and ImpactThe Process Standardization Lead will create, deploy and standardize food safety, quality and regulatory affairs processes according to best practices with consideration and application of local regulatory requirements. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for local authorities and a subject matter authority to nurture a culture of continuous improvement. You will positively impact consumer and animal health, customer satisfaction and protect and enhance the company's brand and reputation.Key Accountabilities
Develop and deploy standardized procedures accordingly to best practices.
Lead projects regionally and globally.
Handle documents, records and information control processes.
Support design and deliver specific training for new procedures as well as supporting communication plan to establish the food safety quality and regulatory brand.
Track performance metrics and provide periodic reports to the key stakeholders.
Act as a subject matter authority by nurturing a continuous improvement culture.
Support digital and analytics reporting.
Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
Other duties as assigned.
QualificationsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in science or food technology OR equivalent experience.
Experience with implementing and sustaining Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory management systems across multiple lines of business and diverse countries, regulatory and legal environments.
Demonstrated experience leading and implementing organizational change and quality culture.
Experience working in a complex matrix organization, managing large or complex projects, cross business and function collaborations.
Project management experience.
Minimum of four years of related work experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Agriculture/ Food business and market experience.
Experience using digital project management tools.

Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.At Cargill we put people first.
