Our clientele keeps growing and we need more dog walkers/pet sitters to keep up! We pay more than the other dog-walking companies because we want you to love your job and stick with us.
Qualifications
Has experience working with dogs
Is driven by a love of dogs, but also works exceptionally well with people
Is reliable and punctual
Is responsible and trustworthy
Is capable of texting clients with photos
Is not afraid to ask questions or discuss issues
Is an independent thinker who can do his/her job without micromanagement
Has access to e-mail and is available to check it at least twice/day
Has reliable transportation, car insurance and a valid driver's license
Ideally lives in the city of Minneapolis
Availability
Weekdays - MUST be available for mid-day dog walking Monday-Friday between the hours of 10:30am & 3pm.
Weekends ideally available for occasional 30-minute cat sitting visits (but not necessary)
Overnights ideally is available to stay overnight in clients' homes for pet sitting weekdays and weekends (frequency determined by clients' vacations/pet sitting needs), but not required
Background check will be required. Though this is a part-time job, we are looking for a long-term commitment to the position (1+ years).
