Supporting Oracle EPM Cloud applications such as Planning Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS/EPBCS), Enterprise Data Management Cloud (EDMCS), Narrative Reporting, and Smart View

Manage out-of-the-box solutions as well as custom application's

Manage Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, process designing, artifact development, testing, migration, and maintenance

Work with Finance Stakeholders to manage Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Planning (PBCS) and EDM applications.

Support activities include application maintenance, month-end support, incident management, problem management, application configuration and enhancements.

Work with functional resources, support day to day activities, issue resolution, propose fixes and enhancements

Create detailed technical specs for any new changes. Monitor interfaces for issues, resolve tickets entered by users

Expected Deliverables: Bug fixes, effort estimation, solution feasibility, clear communication; follow client's change management process

Ensure data availability and accuracy, and resolve tickets entered by the users.

Ability to analyze and research problems independently

Explain complex solutions

This is a remote role

QualificationsRequired

6 years' experience supporting Oracle EPM Cloud applications such as Planning Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS/EPBCS), Enterprise Data Management Cloud (EDMCS), Narrative Reporting, and Smart View

4+ years of consulting experience

Understanding of FP&A processes including bottom-up planning and budgeting, scenario modelling, allocations, currency translation

Expertise in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, process designing, artifact development, testing, migration, and maintenance

Hands on experience with Groovy and Essbase calc scripts

Techno-functional with ability to manage out-of-the-box solutions as well as custom application's

Demonstrated ability to understand and troubleshoot complex software systems.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field.

Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to providing exceptional customer experiences.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to interact effectively with all levels of end users and technical resources.

Oracle EPM Cloud Certification (preferably PBCS)

Understanding of accounting concepts and processes
