Job Title: Project Manager - Mechanical/Data Center ProjectsJob Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong mechanical background to oversee data center projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage data center projects, ensuring all project objectives are met.
Coordinate and oversee all mechanical aspects of data center construction and maintenance.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in data center projects.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and their application in data centers.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
PMP certification is a plus.
