Our client, one of the top international banks is currently seeking 2 Recruiting Coordinators for a 4-month contract position.The position is in Downtown Minneapolis or Hopkins, MNBy working for our client, you will be exposed to a large global company (listed on the NYSE), work for one of the most financially stable financial institutions within the U.S., work in a fast-paced corporate environment.In addition to working with the world’s most recognized and trusted name in staffing, Kelly employees can expect:

Pay rate: $25.00Department hours: 8am – 6pm – FlexibleSummary:Handles administrative responsibilities for an assigned Human Resources recruiting area.Processes a variety of confidential information and documents.May perform duties involving candidate and new hire communications, scheduling interviews with applicants, such as pre-employment interviews, identifying potential issues, assisting in maintaining and updating applicant tracking system etc.May extend verbal offers to selected candidates.Answers questions from new hires and managers regarding position specific information or on-boarding issues.Instructs and assists employees in the completion of forms.May assist Human Resources staff in pulling recruitment related reports.Accountabilities:

Schedule Interviews with Candidates - A fair amount of a Recruiting Coordinator’s day is spent in email or phone correspondence with job candidates. This is a responsibility that requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Track Candidates and progress through appropriate steps/status in ATS

Pull reports in ATS as needed

Extend verbal offers as needed

Field questions from applicants and hiring managers

Process offers as needed

Conduct phone interviews

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously

Effective time-management abilities

Effective collaboration with Sourcing Specialist and Recruiters

Job Qualifications : Education, Training and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent

Three or more years of experience in administrative support activities

Other Requirements:

Previous recruiting or interviewing experience preferred

Proven customer service skills

Solid verbal and written communication skills

Intermediate computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously

Strong collaboration skills

Effective time-management abilities
